Role Description

The Global VP (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Taipei. This role involves overseeing and driving strategy, revenue targets, and product development across the cycling, baseball, and racquet categories. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with global offices to align on brand and operational goals, analyzing market trends, and cultivating key partnerships. The VP will also ensure profitability and customer satisfaction, while championing innovation and creativity within the company's offerings. This role demands a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills in global strategy development, cross-functional team management, and business operations.
  • Proven expertise in product development, market trend analysis, and operational execution within cycling, baseball, or racquet-related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to develop key partnerships and maintain cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand building, and product positioning in sporting goods markets.
  • Commitment to innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Taipei and travel as required for global operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to global markets are advantageous.
