Minimum of 8-10+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery. High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development Experience in 1+ of managed accounts, wealth management, tax optimization, or portfolio construction required Strength in data-driven decision making, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration (e.g., Engineering, UX, Operations) required Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas. Eagerness to roll up the sleeves in execution and learning pushes the team to do the same. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Ability to make hard and fast decisions. Strong problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
