Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commodity managers, engineering, operations and leadership to orchestrate supply chain strategies that balance cost, speed-to-market, and resilience while implementing proactive risk-mitigations.
- Lead supply chain execution to ensure 100% material availability for seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions and high-volume production ramps.
- Chair supply chain readiness reviews to identify bottlenecks and navigate complex trade-offs between technical requirements, supply risks and financial constraints.
- Architect data-driven frameworks and KPIs to manage supply chain health performance, transform raw supply chain data into actionable insights and executive-level reports.
- Standardize and scale materials management processes across all product lines and manufacturing sites to ensure global operational consistency and scalability.
