Job Description
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives related to supply planning and materials management from concept through execution.
- Align production supply across international sites to support demand requirements and minimise imbalance.
- Enhance planning and distribution processes to improve responsiveness between manufacturing output and market needs.
- Oversee inventory health, including safety stock strategies and intercompany flows, ensuring governance and compliance standards are met.
- Establish and track key performance indicators, conduct in‑depth issue analysis, and implement sustainable improvement actions.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years experience in factory or manufacturing supply planning.
- 5+ years of leadership experience is preferred.
- Mass production experience is preferred.
- Strong systems knowledge (ERP/SAP preferred) with well‑developed analytical.
- Good English ability in verbal and written.
