Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in material management, supply chain, or purchasing within a high-volume hardware or consumer electronics industry.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling and predictive analytics; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, or VBA) and complex OEM/ODM/JDM management models.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and a strong desire to mentor junior resources; experience managing Tier 2 to Tier 5 supplier complexity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing), Operations, or a related field; MBA or Master's in Supply Chain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Material Strategy & S&OP: Translate S&OP Supply Plans into actionable, time-phased material strategies; manage component-level buffers to enable rapid response to demand changes.
- Operational Execution: Drive material availability and visibility from PVT through ramp-up and sustaining phases; lead regular Clear-to-Build (CTB) reviews and resolve shortages with cross-functional teams.
- Partner & Team Management: Manage day-to-day execution with external Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and distributors; act as the primary lead for the regional team to drive operational excellence and E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) mitigation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present material status, critical path items, and recovery plans during weekly synchronization meetings with Manufacturing and Strategic Sourcing stakeholders.
