Job Description

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Participate in AI and data analytics projects, including the development and maintenance of AI agents to automate workflows using provided tools and programming techniques
Support user enablement by learning and promoting the adoption of the latest AI technologies to enhance productivity
Contribute to data analytics initiatives, including the design and development of dashboards for productivity analysis
Engage in brainstorming and exploration of emerging technologies within the IT team

Requirements:

Undergraduate / postgraduate students in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines
Pursuing studies during the 2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years, with an expected graduation date of Summer 2027 or 2028 (i.e. currently in Year 2 or 3 of your program)
