The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Support the coordination of the 25th Anniversary campaign, such as career day and gala dinner
Produce internal branding videos to promote the URA culture and values, tied to the 25th Anniversary theme
Assist with the content plan for the internal social media platform that resonates with our younger employees
Research current trends and best practices for engaging Gen Z and younger millennials
Requirements:
Undergraduate / postgraduate students in any discipline with an interest in staff engagement and employee relations
Pursuing studies during the 2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years, with an expected graduation date of Summer 2027 or 2028 (i.e. currently in Year 2 or 3 of your program)
Creative mindset with basic knowledge of graphic editing tools and AI tools
