Our client is the consulting arm of a global media organisation. The client is seeking a senior tech consultant to support the Taiwan AI Launchpad, a 12-week structured program designed to help Taiwanese publishers design, test, and operationalise AI-driven use cases within their publishing and revenue workflows.
This role is critical to the success of the program, combining technical AI fluency, hands-on experiment design, and client-facing engagement. The consultant will work closely with participating publishers, guiding them through AI experimentation while ensuring solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned to business outcomes.
Project Objective / Scope
- Support Taiwanese publishers in adopting AI to drive digital revenue growth
- Enable the design and execution of AI experiments embedded into day-to-day publishing workflows
- Strengthen AI-driven digital transformation capabilities within the local media ecosystem
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide technical guidance to publishers in designing and running AI experiments
- Work directly with publisher data, product, and technical teams to translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases
- Assess data readiness and analytical approaches to support experimentation
- Support experiment design, execution, and interpretation of results
- Supervise and guide publishers throughout the program to ensure practical adoption
- Collaborate with internal program leads and other contractors to ensure consistent delivery and outcomes
Your Background
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. data science, computer science, AI, analytics, or similar)
- 47 years of professional experience, with a strong technical orientation
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- AI, data science, or applied analytics
- Designing and evaluating data-driven or AI-enabled experiments
- Strong ability to engage technically with data teams and translate concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in tech consulting or data consulting is acceptable; hands-on AI/data science experience is preferred
- Fluent Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) reading, writing, and speaking
- English proficiency sufficient for internal collaboration
