Job Description
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on business planning and key initiatives
- Lead and drive cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment and execution across departments
- Support annual and long-term business planning, including market analysis, goal setting, and performance tracking
- Identify growth opportunities and operational improvement areas through data-driven insights
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and business cases for senior stakeholders
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively
- Act as a problem solver on high-priority, ambiguous business challenges
The Successful Applicant
- Prior experience in eCommerce, tech, or fast-paced industries is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured thinking approach
- Proven experience in driving cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
