Responsibilities

Team introduction: Feishu Commercialization Team (Go to Market) is responsible for comprehensively promoting Feishu's advanced products and services to the Chinese and international markets. By formulating precise business strategies, conducting market-breaking marketing, deeply understanding the trends and characteristics of different industries, conveying Feishu's concepts and values to corporate customers in different industries and reaching business cooperation, helping customers increase the depth and breadth of use, ultimately making Feishu the first choice for advanced enterprises in various industries, and continuously assisting corporate organizational upgrades. Feishu officially launched commercialization in 2019 and has now established commercialization teams in China, Singapore, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions, starting a process of improving creativity and efficiency for organizations and individuals in all walks of life around the world. 1. Responsible for the business development and customer operations of strategic customers of Feishu's large manufacturing team, understand customer needs, track and visit potential industry customers, facilitate signing of orders, conduct in-depth collaboration with pre-sales/customer success/implementation delivery/production R&D and other departments, and iterate industry solutions 2. Develop sales plans based on goals, plan sales strategies for industry customers, and make timely adjustments according to market changes to complete the sales targets issued by the company 3. Maintain good relationships with customers, ecological partners, and industry experts in the industry, coordinate the company's internal and external operations, ensure the satisfaction of all parties, and enhance the company's brand image in related industries.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with and in-depth understanding of SaaS/software/solutions/cloud computing/big data/marketing technology and other products, and have industry enterprise-level customer sales experience 2. Ability to establish dialogue and long-term operational capabilities based on organization, management, digitalization and other levels with customers Clevel or above 3. Have in-depth BD and sales experience for complex informatization projects and management consulting projects, and have project success experience in consumer electronics, automobiles, traditional manufacturing and central state-owned enterprises within the above scope 4. Have certain data sensitivity and industry analysis capabilities, and be able to independently produce industry analysis and strategic insights 5. Have strong logical thinking skills, be able to independently produce industry solutions, and complete explanations.
