Strategic Investment Manager

Job Description

1. Leading and coordinating all the activities of the M&A transaction throughout its main stages: deal sourcing, case assessment and valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, M&A financing, signing, closing, and post-merger integration.

2. Actively managing relationships between all the parties involved in the transaction: sellers, executives, advisors, auditors, attorneys, responsible employees, venture capitals and PE funds, etc.

3. Working closely with BUs and BGs for their strategic M&A initiatives.

4. Engaging in post-investment management for minority shareholdings.

Condition

• Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the M&A process. 10+ years of working experience in M&A or F&A.
• Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Shown experience working in a complex, multiple BU and multinational environment, handling various stakeholders. Work collaboratively and lead cross-functional and cross-BU teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
