About the Company

Appier is seeking a Strategic HRBP Leader to support our continued global expansion and the evolution of our people strategy. This is a high-impact, senior-level role designed for a seasoned HR professional with 15+ years of experience across diverse international markets. In this role, you will act as a key advisor on global organizational health and drive complex, cross-border initiatives that align our human capital with our long-term business ambitions.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, senior-level role designed for a seasoned HR professional with 15+ years of experience across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Architecture: Serve as a lead HR advisor to C-suite and global functional heads, designing and implementing long-term organizational structures that align with Appier's multi-market growth.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with regional HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure global initiatives are harmonized and effectively implemented across different business units.
  • Transformation & Change Management: Lead large-scale organizational design and change projects—including workforce optimization and cultural transformation—ensuring the organization remains agile as it scales globally.
  • Talent & Succession Ecosystem: Collaborate with COEs to architect sophisticated talent pipelines and leadership succession plans, ensuring the organization is future-proofed for the next 5–10 years.
  • High-Level Advisory: Manage sensitive organizational challenges, including executive-level employee relations and restructuring; provide strategic counsel on performance culture and risk mitigation across varying legal jurisdictions.
  • Data-Driven Influence: Leverage advanced workforce analytics to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights on organizational health, productivity, and ROI on people initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., IHRP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Extensive Seniority: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion spent in high-growth technology environments.
  • Global Pedigree: Proven track record of managing HR operations or business partnering across multiple international markets.
  • Influencing Without Authority: Exceptional ability to lead through influence, building deep credibility with C-suite stakeholders and regional teams alike.
  • Business Acumen: You speak the language of the business, with the ability to translate financial and operational goals into people-centric strategies.
  • Agility: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through the complexities of a publicly listed, global organization.
  • Leadership Excellence: Strong experience in people management; a proven ability to elevate other HR professionals through leading, coaching, or mentoring is a significant plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications (e.g., IHRP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly preferred.
