Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining business pipelines).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in Business Development, with experience in the digital advertising ecosystem, and across advertising sales, digital marketing, or management/IT consulting within a high-growth agency.
- Experience exceeding ambitious sales targets and scaling business opportunities, with expertise in pioneering new growth avenues.
- Ability to carry out C-suite discussions and collaboration, with systems thinking to dissect complex challenges and synthesize actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate and consult with Taiwan agencies with the goal of extending relationships, increase the customer and agency base and optimize their advertising investment.
- Deliver consistently against strategic goals on new and existing business, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent business experience to Google's managed agency partners.
- Build compelling, data-driven long-term agency plans to leverage market insights and research. Synchronize agency plans with the agency pod and internal cross-functional teams to further develop the agencies.
- Be a trusted thought partner for executive C/B-level down to specific account teams, including media planners and buyers on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
- Analyze data trends and customer performance, develop solid strategic business plans, prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations.
