Staff NPI Manager

As Staff NPI Manager in Mobile & Client Business Unit, you will contribute to successful launch of next generation of memory & storage solutions. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class Product launch support through cooperation with global engineering, product & manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of industry-leading products.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop Customer NPI Sample Forecast plan with Product Manager/Customer Teams
• Execute NPI Sample plan for successful product ramps
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to align on NPI Sample plans & Execution
• Manage shipping restrictions (CCR/GCSRs) for site/substrate changes and FW restrictions
• Oversee product changes, transitions, and end-of-life communications (PCNs)
• Maintain Marketing Part Number Decoders and Product SKU/Status Guides
• Handle part number creation, maintenance, and consolidation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor or related industry
• Strong Bias for Action & Analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across geo-locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's in Business or Engineering or equivalent
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
