Enable new BMC features, including competitive analysis, industrial standard study, and critical feature planning for each generation platforms
Drive competitive software/firmware product feature requirements and technical design guideline to meet company&aposs goal
Collaborate with BMC product managers, BMC software architect, engineers, and technical staff to define product specification with technical requirements
Manage both feature requests and issue support requests from customers
Manage schedule and issues, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary
Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and 3rd party partners
Develop training material for customers and internal training as required
Suggest and plan improvements to product, solution and process
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience
5 years above BMC firmware design experience
Experience in developing technical specifications and design documents
Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor.
Experience in technical support service to customers
