Key Responsibilities

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and manage a team of support specialists to provide technical support for projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in technical support tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Qualifications
