Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr. Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and attract top talent across diverse roles and functions. The role is based at our Zhonghe office reporting to our US recruitment team. You will be sourcing US based talents for our US recruitment team. We need someone who can work at 7am-4pm. This role plays a critical part in building strong candidate pipelines, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is market-savvy, relationship-focused, and skilled at leveraging multiple sourcing channels to support strategic hiring, compensation discussions, and diversity initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Proactively source and identify top talent for open positions using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates resumes and qualifications to match job requirements.
  • Engage with potential candidates, initiating conversations and generating interest in job opportunities.
  • Serve as liaison between candidate, hiring manager, and compensation team on salary proposal, play an active role in salary negotiations.
  • Manage multiple and cross-functional requisitions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts to attract passive candidates.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, Native/Fluent.
  • Able to work onsite in Zhonghe early shift 7am-4pm to accommodate US hours.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
