Sr. System Engineer_TC26310

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support system evaluation during New Product Introduction (NPI), POC and tradeshow

2. Support the solution/integration for storage.

3. Troubleshooting for storage problems reported by customers.

4. Promptly support the issue&aposs duplication and clarification reported by production and teamwork with related RD and Lab to find out the root cause.

5. Write debug program by using shell script to figure out the hardware issues.

Qualifications:

1. Education: BS/MS EE, CE, CS, or other engineering fields.

2. 4+ years of server technology related experience

3. Familiar with Windows, and Linux troubleshooting:

a. Able to modify shell script/batch for test, and analyze the OS system log

c. Familiar with hardware architecture, and virtualization

d. I/O Benchmarking tools, and test fine-tunning.
