- Strong professional background and relevant experience on Mech Tooling development/Management.
- Hands-on experience with tooling, machining, or production processes and Knowledge of tooling qualification well understanding.
- Extensive experience in mechanical tooling and fixture management. If can have Solid engineering background in mechanical/manufacturing fields better.
- Familiar with manufacturing process control and validation. Also deep understanding of metal and plastic tooling fabrication
- Good communication and interpersonal skills High motivation and ownership for the role. If Fluent English for cross-region supplier communication is better.
