Job Description



  • Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with commercial marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and key product launch cycles, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  • Plan, create, and manage a forward-looking content calendar and high-quality social content, leveraging industry trends, competitive insights, and audience behavior to strengthen brand storytelling and thought leadership.
  • Review, approve, and publish social media content and creative assets across platforms, while actively managing community engagement to maintain a positive and professional brand presence.
  • Plan and optimize headquarters-led paid social, SEO, and geo-targeting strategies, ensuring efficient budget use, policy compliance, and effective localization across regional markets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using data-driven insights to continuously refine content, campaigns, and overall social media strategy.



  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with 58+ years of hands-on B2B social media marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing professional social media accounts, with strong expertise in LinkedIn for B2B lead generation and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads) and proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solid analytical capabilities, including experience with social listening, analytics, and SEO principles for social media.
  • Industry and global experience, including exposure to technology, hardware, or SaaS environments, collaboration with international teams, and familiarity with SMB and/or Education audiences; basic design or video skills are a plus.
