Job Description

Purpose of this Position

This role partners with the Sales team to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and support strategic execution. The position requires analytical capability, independent judgment, and the ability to refine processes, systems, and reporting to improve overall commercial performance.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

l Collect, analyze, and interpret multi-dimensional sales data to generate actionable insights and performance recommendations.

l Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support revenue analysis, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.

l Monitor real-time revenue outlooks and communicate updated projections to leadership independently.

l Track key performance indicators, identify deviations or inefficiencies, and recommend targeted improvements.

  • Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Strategy

l Partner with Sales leadership to design and implement sales strategies, annual plans, and KPI frameworks.

l Improve forecast accuracy through analytical modeling and structured planning processes.

l Assess market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to inform and refine sales strategies.

  • Sales Process Optimization and Operational Efficiency

l Evaluate existing sales processes and reporting to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or quality gaps, and recommend minor improvements.

l Develop and enhance standardized workflows, operating guidelines, and best practices to support streamlined execution.

l Strengthen lead management, opportunity governance, and deal progression through data-driven recommendations.

  • CRM and Sales Tools Management

l Independently manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, usability, and process compliance.

l Diagnose system issues, maintain data integrity, and provide policy-aligned guidance to users across team.

l Assess and recommend enhancements to sales tools, including automation and analytics solutions.

l Lead or contribute to training development for CRM usage, process standards, and data management best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication

l Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Finance, and other business units to drive operational improvements, ensure cohesive workflows, and support strategic initiatives.

l Serve as the first point of contact for sales-related inquiries, delivering clear guidance based on company policies and operational procedures.

l Support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, communication flow, and timely execution.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably within multinational or international corporate environments.
  • Prior experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Business Management is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English listening, speaking, and writing; a TOEIC score of 760 or higher is preferred
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and SAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong data interpretation capabilities and clear, effective communication skills are required.
