Overview
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
- Responsible for the overall logistics operation in sales center, including warehousing, order fulfillment and member service.
- Manage Customer Complaint ATS orders / Buyback / Cancellation Case Processing
- Saturday shifts (half day) required
- Responding to customer inquiries to ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Support promotion and stock control for Kaohsiung Pick Up center
- Warehouse/ ASC stock replenishment.
- Perform Daily/Weekly/Annual Cycle count/Stocktaking.
- Support other tasks assigned by manager/supervisor

Communicating with internal staff and customers.
Qualifications
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Collecting order documents to fulfill deliveries for customers.
- Managing stock including item replenishment, receiving and storage
- Perform cycle count (daily, weekly, year-end count) and comply with relevant polices
- Check and close any unposted orders in the system properly
- Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels.
- Responding to customers inquiries to ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Support promotion and stock control
- Support nutrition training activities
- Handle data filing and archiving based on policy
- Suggest for processes that make the logistics operation more efficient and organized.
- Support main warehouse operation if needed.
- Saturday shifts (half day) required
- Can be independent execution of work under minimal supervision
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business.
- 3+ years previous experience in logistics coordination or retail service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Great self-independence and motivation.
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills
