Due to a significant growth in our business in Taiwan, we are looking for a Sr. Sites HSE Manager, who plays the HSE manager of a construction project in Hsinchu, Taiwan and responsible for the HSE strategies, plans, management and communication between E&C, customer in Semiconductor industry and subcontractor.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. You will be the Safety Champion - Lead and guide project team on all HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) matters from end-to-end project cycle.
2. Lead and work with team Lead and manage Site HSES Engineers to make safety a team effort and support in coaching new project site HSE manager.
3. Develop & Improve Safety Systems Build HSES plans, emergency response, and security procedures to keep sites safe.
4. Ensure Compliance Make sure all subcontractors follow Air Liquide's safety standards.
5. Lead Risk Management Identify high-risk activities, create mitigation plans, and ensure zero incidents.
6. Train & Educate Develop and run HSES training for project team to stay sharp and informed.
7. Oversee Safety Audits & Inspections Run site safety meetings, audits, and reviews to maintain top safety levels.
8. Enforce Work Permit Procedures Ensure everyone follows the Permit to Work process before starting risky tasks.
9. Investigate & Solve Incidents Lead accident investigations, find the root cause, and prevent future risks.
10. Report & Improve Track safety performance and continuously enhance processes.
