Sr. IT Specialist / Supervisor

Purpose of the Job:

• Work closely with the IT Manager to maintain and administer E-Commerce related systems.
• Support and/or lead the implementation of IT projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide application support with a focus on E-Commerce systems.
• Support the rollout of regional and global IT projects.
• Develop relevant IT and digital solutions to meet business needs.
• Ensure IT systems availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular internal IT auditing.
• Provide training and communication on applications to end users.
• Act as backup for IT Supervisor in supporting CRM/POS systems.
• Complete other assignments as directed by the IT Manager.

Relationships:

• Internal: Office staff and regional/global support teams.
• External: IT service vendors.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of E-Commerce and ERP; CRM/POS experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with database and system integration flows (API/data flow between POS, CRM, BI, etc.).
• System analysis and design skills.
• Project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• Vendor management and SLA monitoring capability.

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
