As a key player in our global team, you will help shape the product and marketing strategies for the ASUS Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Portfolio & Launch Planning (The What)
- Curate the Best Line-up: Collaborate with Product teams to select the right products for our global eShops. You will help decide which Hero Products will lead the way.
- Master the Launch: Orchestrate the rhythm of new product launches. You will ensure end-to-end readinessfrom inventory to on-shelf presenceguaranteeing a perfect time-to-market so customers can get their hands on the latest tech instantly.
- Inventory & Forecasting: Work closely with HQ and country teams to predict sales trends, ensuring we have the right stock in the right place at the right time.
- Campaign Planning & Collaboration (The How)
- Data-Driven Decisions: Turn numbers into action. You will monitor sales performance and campaign metrics globally, using these insights to fine-tune strategies and unlock hidden growth opportunities to support D2C business growth.
- Customer Experience & New Ideas (The Better)
- Shopping Made Easy: Always look at the store through the customer's eyes. Suggest ways to make the shopping journey simpler, faster, and more delightful.
- Explore New Trends: Stay curious about market trends (such as innovative bundles or evolving shopping habits) and continuously propose fresh ideas to territory and country teams.
To be successful in this job, you need to have:
- Experience & Potential: 2+ years in e-Commerce (B2C/B2B/D2C) is a plus, but we also highly welcome young tigers - ambitious talents with a strong logical mind and a deep passion for the digital business landscape.
- Passion for Digital: As a digital native, you love online shopping and are naturally curious about customer behavior. You find it exciting to uncover the stories hidden behind the data.
