In the CISO Office, we are seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure development and operational practices across the organization. In this role, you will define and enhance company-wide DevSecOps workflows, strengthen software supply chain security, and automate security controls to ensure security is embedded throughout the entire application lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to build a sustainable security culture that balances security, scalability, and development velocity.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead, design, and implement organization-wide DevSecOps standards, secure development workflows, and CI/CD security policies

. Develop internal tooling and platform services to improve observability, auditability, and operational resilience to achieve security objectives

. Drive cross-team collaboration and enablement to promote secure engineering best practices

Basic Qualifications

. BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

. 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Python or other scripting languages

. Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

. Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams

. Interest in security and a willingness to learn about modern security practices

Preferred Qualifications

. Cloud security-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, or equivalent)

. Experience with container runtime security, vulnerability management, and secure systems configuration

. Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot)

. Experience with Django or front-end frameworks is a plus
