Sr. Back End Developer

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with passion to bring our products to success.

The ideal candidate will support the backend team by reviewing system architecture design, and spearheading problem-solving initiatives.

1. Develop and operate scalable, reliable and maintainable service-based softwares and related components.
2. Cowork with team members to design system architecture. Choose proper technologies and plan development.
3. Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to conceptualize, to build and to test new product features.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues across the stack.
5. Actively contribute to products success by demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
6. Apply security best practices in service development and operations (e.g. secure API design, proper authentication/authorization, secrets handling, and safe dependency management).
7. Leverage AI tools effectively in daily engineering work (development, debugging, testing, documentation, code review) to improve productivity and quality, while maintaining correctness, security, and maintainability.

- 3-5+ year of backend experience

- Experience in system design

- Good at any of the backend languages (e.g. Golang, Java)

- Good knowledge of Network API Design ( e.g. REST or gRPC)

- Good knowledge of CICD / Kubernetes / Docker

- Good knowledge of any SQL / NoSQL database (PostgreSQL / Redis / etc.)

- Familiar in Git

- Good communication and teamwork skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration with team members.

- Enthusiastic about the product and committed to devote to its success.

- Basic understanding of backend security fundamentals (authentication/authorization, least privilege, and protecting sensitive data)

- Willing to learn and able to integrate AI-assisted workflows into the product development process

- Experience in cloud platform (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) / Microservices
