We are a dynamic team specializing inAI, machine learning, and data analysis for various Trend Micro products. Our mission is to leverageAIto provide solutions to security problems, identify business enhancement,and deliver productivity increasing services.

[Our Role -AI/ML Engineer]

• Solutions to Security Problems: As part of our team, you will utilizeAItechnologies to develop innovative solutions that address complex security challenges. Your role will involve investigating, analyzing, and detecting potential security risks, and constantly integrating with our products to safeguard our customers.

• Deliver Productivity-Increasing Services: In this role, you will develop and deliver services that leverageAIto enhance productivity during our daily works. By automating manual tasks, optimizing workflows, and implementingAI-agent systems, you will enable internal teams to achieve greater efficiency and savevaluable time and resources.

• Business enhancement / Decision making: You will leverageAIcapabilities to identify opportunities for enhancing our business operations. By analyzing large datasets, applying advanced algorithms and ML techniques, you will uncover actionable and valuable insights, meaningful patterns, trends, and predictions that drive strategic improvements, optimize processes, help decision making, and contribute to our overall growth and value.

[Qualifications / Requirements]

• Essential

  • Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, witha strong passion and interest inAI, machine learning, and data science.

  • Machine Learning Expertise: Solid understanding ofAI/ML concepts and approaches, including traditional supervised/unsupervised learning, agenticAI, computer vision, NLP, and LLM.

  • Proficiency in Python and ML Libraries: fluent in Python and rich experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch) for building models.

  • Data Analysis and Visualization Skills: Exceptional ability in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.

  • Team Collaboration and Communication: work effectively in a collaborative environment andconvey ideas and listen actively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Nice to Have

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in LLM fine-tuning Familiar withAItools

  • Experience in cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP

  • Familiar with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
