About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will manage strategic customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and work crossfunctionally to deliver high-value solutions. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts within the semiconductor industry.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and longterm business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead customer engagements from opportunity discovery to closure.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, engineering, finance) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business reviews, and pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive landscape to support strategic planning.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and supply commitments in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, escalations, and operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor sales or account management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chains, product portfolios, and market dynamics.
  • Proficient with SAP (order management, pricing, forecasting) and Salesforce (pipeline and account management).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customerfirst mindset.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with global customers or multinational teams.
  • Technical background or familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, or design.
  • Datadriven approach to sales planning and business reviews.
