We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will manage strategic customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and work crossfunctionally to deliver high-value solutions. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the semiconductor industry.
- Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and longterm business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead customer engagements from opportunity discovery to closure.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, engineering, finance) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business reviews, and pipeline management using Salesforce.
- Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive landscape to support strategic planning.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and supply commitments in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, escalations, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of semiconductor sales or account management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chains, product portfolios, and market dynamics.
- Proficient with SAP (order management, pricing, forecasting) and Salesforce (pipeline and account management).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customerfirst mindset.
