Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing TPC and TPC+ portfolio, including effective performance management, reporting, and control tower activities
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management departments to drive customer numbers through targeted campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain and update the monthly PMA and contribute to the ongoing MtJ Flywheel plans in WM MtJ

Requirements

  • With experience in customer management and engagement within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and customer needs
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
