Special Projects Manager

About the Role

And, Not Or (ANO) is looking for a Special Projects Manager to join our small, fast-moving team. Youll work directly with Barrett Comiskey, inventor of E Ink and a serial founder alongside his global network of rule-breaking entrepreneurs, driving high-leverage projects to completion across a variety of industries from biotech to defense and EV.

Your role is to take those projectsonce scoped by Barrett and our clientsand drive them relentlessly to completion. Youll be the person who says:Ive got this now, who can take something complicated and smash it through to delivery.

What Youll Do

• Manage 35 complex projects simultaneously with full ownership.
• Translate the CEOs strategic vison into concrete milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring no critical detail slips through the cracks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Keep everyone accountable with crisp tracking, reports, and structured check-ins.
• Drive projects across the finish line with discipline and no loose ends.

Who You Are

• You thrive on creating and maintaining structures whether through lists, trackers, Gantt charts or checklists and keeping the team aligned through these systems.
• You like to keep communication crisp and documented, making accountability visible to everyone involved.
• You draw energy from driving progress and closing loops, rather than getting stuck in abstract vision talk.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, and comfortable in cross-cultural settings.
• Taiwan-based, able to work in a hybrid setup.

Practicalities

• Time Commitment: Part-time / Full-Time
• Compensation: NT$70,000 /month (Full-time Basis)
