Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To monitor the required mis-en-place to ensure smooth operation of kitchen

  • Design and implement menus that fit the requirement of the particular section of cuisine

  • Strictly implement and supervise the production of high-quality food and refresh training

  • To monitor the hygiene standards under the HACCP system

  • To supervise daily manpower operation and food preparation process

  • Provide recipes, training and experience to kitchen staff to make improvement

  • Ensure the adequate supply of food and monitor wastage for appropriate adjustment in preparation

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in culinary, with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill

  • Knowledge in HACCP and food hygiene

  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Basic skill in computer application
