To monitor the required mis-en-place to ensure smooth operation of kitchen
Design and implement menus that fit the requirement of the particular section of cuisine
Strictly implement and supervise the production of high-quality food and refresh training
To monitor the hygiene standards under the HACCP system
To supervise daily manpower operation and food preparation process
Provide recipes, training and experience to kitchen staff to make improvement
Ensure the adequate supply of food and monitor wastage for appropriate adjustment in preparation
Minimum of 8 years experience in culinary, with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
Knowledge in HACCP and food hygiene
Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
Basic skill in computer application
