As a Solutions Engineer at Keysight Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring our field organization meets or exceeds sales quotas by providing technical expertise. Whether client or product-oriented, you'll actively contribute to sales account planning and participate in the entire sales process, from deal qualification to closure. Your responsibilities will span pre-sales, technical closure, and post-sales activities.

- Technical Expertise:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver technical expertise for solution implementation based on Keysight products and services.
- Focus primarily on the pre-sales process.
- Sales Process Ownership:
- Participate actively in sales processes, ensuring technical alignment.
- Own the technical closure of deals.
- Identify competitive advantages and lockout specifications.
- Customer-Centric Approach:
- Conduct demos to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Act as the customer voice to influence future product design.
- Post-Sales Contributions:
- Contribute to post-sales activities as needed.
- Carry an overlay quota.
- System and Solutions Engineering:
- Develop approaches for system and solutions engineering sales assignments.
- Lead related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and third parties.
- Problem Solving:
- Tackle a broad range of complex problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, University degree, or equivalent.
- Experience: Typically 5+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Licenses: Driver's license may be required.
- Expertise: Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the job.
