Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test script for firmware and software
- Perform software UI, Functional, stress testing, and more
- Test suite containerization
- Perform functional, regression, scalability, interoperability, and performance testing on Layer 2/3 network switch products.
- Work closely with RD and PM to new features and bug fixes
- Prepare evaluation reports on software test findings
- Enforce software quality control
- Utilize analytical skills to validate and verify software issues
- Maintain the standards set by the company
Qualifications
- BS or MS in CS/CE/EE is required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking protocols (e.g., STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLANs, ARP, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP).
- Proficiency in test automation scripting using Python or similar.
- Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting tools (e.g., CLI, SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
