Social Media Manager for California Sports Sunglass Brand (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet)

This is a full-time on-site role based in Taipei for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media plans, creating and managing engaging content, optimizing all social media platforms for performance, and enhancing brand presence. You will monitor trends, engage with audiences, and drive social media growth aligned with Supacaz's goals. The role also includes analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure effective campaigns.

• Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and enhance brand presence across platforms
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear and engaging content creation
• Experience with Content Strategy to support strategic online marketing efforts
• Demonstrated ability to analyze social media trends and performance metrics
• Knowledge or passion for cycling and sports is highly beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
