Job Description
- Provide guidance to Credit Card sales in order to achieve company vision and business goal
- Increase sales capacity through continuous improvement in staff productivity, sales process re-engineering
- Follow and monitor staff to obey company policy and guideline
Qualification
- At least 3 year of experience in Credit Card business development is a must
- In-depth knowledge of major Credit Card products
- Lead team members to participate related training course for improved related
Knowledge
- Aggressive personality and can work under pressure
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good sense of market and community development
- Basic PC skills
