Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair for ZEISS products to meet the requirements from customer
Build good relationship with customers and provide timely responses to all requests from both internal and external customers.
Being self-motivated in learning, independent thinking, and able to collaborate with different teams.
On-call duty shift and on-site support are necessary.
Homebase is in Tainan, and cross region support is required based on business demand.
Main Task
Work and perform in compliance with companys regulation and request.
Perform Technical Field Service activities
- Installation and commissioning of equipment
- Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
- Escalation support
- User Training / Customer Training
- Providing sales support
- All necessary reporting per company policy
Demonstrate service skills and knowledge with high customer orientation
Report to Service Manager / Factory on any product issues experienced such as standards of production, quality and safety of the product range
Provides documents for activities performed utilizing the required format, such as service report, technical report, and etc.
Develop and maintain relationship with customers to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond to satisfaction surveys, working to resolve customer care issues.
Provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers.
Perform necessary administrative paperwork in complete and accurate manner.
Solutions oriented with ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast paced and innovative environment.
Provide timely feedback of product quality issues, as well as marketing information to the company.
Maintain company-issued test equipment and support tools.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education
College or above degree in industry technology relevant. Major in mechanical and electrical is preferred.
TOEIC Listening & Reading score > 550
Experience
3 years of relevant working experience, including but not limited to installing, troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines or computer systems
Semi-conductor equipment work experience is preferred.
Previous mask repair machine installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Familiar with E-beam system is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service aptitude is required.
Other skills
Microsoft operating system knowledge is required
Being self-motivated in learning, able to think independently, and a good team player.
Good written and spoken English
Willingness to travel domestic and internationally.
Liaison work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation and after sales service which interact be-tween sales, logistics, customers and application specialists etc.
