Responsibilities Smart Community/Building SI project sales, servicing both public and private sectors. Mainly facusing on Taiwan local market, and potentially the ASEAN or China marktet upon project requirment and future bussiness development. Preactively developing new business opportunities, managing customer and partner relationships, designing feasible solutions for the client and meet the sales target. Qualifications 1. Experience in science park/commerical building related projects or smart building related IoT platform, with adequate technical background in ELV industry. 2. Familiar with local regulations, industry rules, and project tendering process. Be able to coordinate the presale, technical support and 3rd party partners throughout the bidding and delivery phases. 3. Excellent presentation, communication and sales skill required. Fluent in English will be a plus. -
