Job Description
Serve as the primary finance partner to manufacturing leadership, providing guidance on financial performance, cost structures and operational KPIs. You will steer financial planning, performance reviews and management processes in close coordination with local finance teams and shared service functions.
Lead month-end closing activities for the site, analyze production costs and variances, and translate complex data into actionable insights for plant management. By leveraging digital tools and data platforms, you will enhance transparency and decision quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Partnering closely with senior site leaders, you will identify and execute initiatives to improve profitability, productivity and capital efficiency. You will also support CAPEX planning and execution, ensuring investment decisions align with capacity needs, volume flexibility and long-term supply network strategy.
Plays a critical part in shaping a scalable and resilient cost structure, embedding continuous improvement mindset, and enabling leadership to make financially sound decisions that support future growth.
The Successful Applicant
Solid background in manufacturing or site controlling, with strong exposure to cost accounting and plant-level financial support.
Stakeholders management across different seniority levels and can translate financial analysis into clear business recommendations.
Analytical, detail-driven and able to operate with speed in complex environments.
Experience with SAP controlling modules, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with digital finance tools are essential, while prior exposure to multinational operations will be a strong advantage.
