Site Administrator

1. PLACE OF WORK

During the period of the Contract, the Personnel will be based at the client's office in Taipei Shilin District, Tianmu Office, or at any other location reasonably required for the proper performance of the Services. Home working may be permitted at the client's discretion or in accordance with isolation and quarantine guidance.

2. SCOPE OF WORKS

The Personnel will serve as a Site Engineer and Design Manager, supporting the client and its affiliates on various projects in Taiwan.

Typical duties include:

2.1 Project Coordinator STATCOM Project

2.1.1 Attend meetings with customers and prepare English meeting minutes for internal team understanding.

2.1.2 Handle technical inquiries from customers, liaise with engineers, and coordinate responses.

2.1.3 During site activities, visit the site and support engineers as a technical advisor or translator.

2.1.4 When required, negotiate with customers on lead time, cost, and related matters based on internal instructions.

2.2 Local Representative Engineer

2.2.1 Provide technical support and/or review for new bids or proposals related to STATCOM, BESS, or other relevant solutions.

2.2.2 Attend meetings with potential customers alongside internal team members and support technical discussions.

2.2.3 Conduct emergency site visits and provide initial response in case of product issues or failures.

2.3 General Responsibilities

2.3.1 Prepare activity reports, including business trip reports.

2.3.2 Translate technical documents and support discussions with customers for internal team members.
