Key Responsibilities
In This Position, You Will
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure flawless operation.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance to determine areas for improvement.
- Successfully implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize processes.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and support entry-level engineers and technicians to improve team capability.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must possess:
- An Associate's Degree in Electronics, a Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work day/night shifts every three months.
- A passion for learning and a dedication to continuous improvement.
