The Role

As a ServiceNow ITOM Integration Specialist, you will be at the forefront of enabling intelligent operations and seamless service delivery across complex enterprise environments. At Kyndryl, we don't just implement technology-we empower transformation.

In this role, you'll lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM modules-including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB. You'll design and deliver integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), monitoring tools, and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted APIs, and Flow Designer.

You'll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding customers through integration strategies and automation workflows that enhance visibility, responsiveness, and operational resilience. Your technical leadership will shape the success of delivery teams, mentoring consultants and developers while ensuring alignment with best practices and governance frameworks like CSDM and CMDB lifecycle management.

Whether facilitating workshops to capture business requirements or overseeing code reviews and documentation, you'll ensure every solution is robust, scalable, and tailored to the customer's unique needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7-8 years of ServiceNow ITOM experience, with deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB architecture.

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and FSO) and other enterprise tools (including ServiceNow ebonding) is highly desirable.

• Extensive hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with various infrastructure/cloud/on-premise platforms and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Zabbix, SCCM, SCOM, SAP, Workday, etc.).

• Strong capabilities in scripting (JavaScript), MID Server setup, probe/sensor development, REST/SOAP API, data stream, and custom integration patterns.

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and workshops, with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.

• Profound understanding of ITIL principles, CSDM best practices, and governance frameworks.

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior consultants

• Ability to conduct client workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

  • ITIL Foundation Certification

  • Cloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate)

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems (HR, ERP)
