Responsibilities
1. Investment strategy research: Based on the business understanding of local life and data insights, establish a service provider capability evaluation model, optimize service provider recruitment strategies and investment directions 2. Service provider growth strategy: Develop a growth link model for service providers, regularly take inventory of service provider entry, growth and loss, and provide growth suggestions for service provider organizations 3. Service behavior research: In-depth understanding of the needs of local merchants, discovering improvement points and opportunities for service providers in merchant cooperation, formulating service quality evaluation indicators and promoting service experience optimization 4. Strategy formulation and monitoring: Iterative improvement of strategies based on business research outputs, formulating key monitoring indicators and continuously tracking strategy implementation results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in investment operations, strategic planning, business analysis experience or management consulting background is preferred 2. Have excellent research analysis and data analysis skills, able to extract key information from complex data and make decisions based on propositions 3. Have excellent communication skills and self-motivation, have the ability to understand and dismantle complex problems, and be able to promote projects from planning to implementation 4. Have a deep sense of responsibility for the business, maintain curiosity, and be passionate about business participation and personal growth.
