Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily management of Douyin life service providers, including but not limited to admission, assessment, withdrawal, risk control, etc., ensuring the daily operations of service providers and promoting the achievement of performance goals 2. Formulating reasonable business operation plans for service providers in the life service industry, providing event and group order design and operation support, maintaining good cooperative relationships, and doing a good job in increasing and optimizing transaction volume 3. Continuously study the business strategy of Douyin's life service industry, analyze service indicators, clarify the current status of service provider capabilities, formulate improvement directions and review regularly, and precipitate output management methodology 4. Analyze the service provider team structure, operating personnel efficiency, etc., give reasonable opinions based on the business development plan, organize and implement service provider team skills training and empowerment, and improve the service provider team's combat effectiveness 5. Fully understand the current market situation, integrate and coordinate internal and external resources, and promote the output and implementation of the overall strategic plan.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in master operations, e-commerce operations, marketing planning or service provider operations is preferred 2. 3-5 years of team management experience, experience in team building and management of life service business is preferred 3. Strong language communication skills, project coordination skills and cross-team collaboration skills 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and ability to withstand pressure, have integrity, have a pioneering spirit, and accept business trips across the country.
