Role Purpose

Supports service operations performance for AMT/AMSEA region while acting as the FSO focal point for field product support. Drives execution across service contracts, supply chain, quality, cost, and field readiness to deliver operating plan commitments and support strategic customers.

Core Operational Responsibilities

  • Serve as FSO focal for field product support and execution alignment.
  • Matrix-influence Sales, FSO, SAMs, Planning, Quality, and Engineering to deliver regional KPIs.

Service Contract & Financial Performance

  • Track and drive service contract KPIs such as Uptime, Availability, and Stoploss.
  • Perform material and labor analysis to drive margin improvement.
  • Own service quality execution and performance for the region.

Field Escalation, Repair, and Refurb

  • Drive high-level customer and field escalations.
  • Drive repair and refurb projects with Engineering, including qualification and adoption.
  • Establish and support new 6k programs.

Field Readiness, SAR, and NPI

  • Ensure field readiness and tool maintenance capability at contract sites.
  • Support Service Agreement Readiness (SAR).
  • Support ELS and NPI execution with BU Focal and BU GPS.

Programs, Knowledge, and Capability Building

  • Proliferate BKMs and Lessons Learned across FSO teams.
  • Support Network of Experts (NoE).
  • Support CE training and certification.

Leadership & Communication

  • Communicate execution risks and progress to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with regional and global impact.

Qualifications

  • Semiconductor equipment experience in a production environment.
  • Understanding of ALD / PVD / MCVD technology and equipment maintenance.
  • BS degree or higher engineering background preferred or equivalent experience.
