Job Purpose

The Service Engineer is responsible for supporting customer equipment related to Particle Measuring Systems, including calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site service.

This role ensures high customer satisfaction through timely service support, accurate documentation, and close collaboration with internal teams and key customers such as TSMC.

The position also supports laboratory operations, service efficiency improvement.

Main Responsibilities

Business Management

Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of particle measurement Support on-site service activities, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance. Assist customers in diagnosing equipment issues and provide timely technical solutions. Maintain strong relationships with key account customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction

Lab management

Support laboratory calibration activities and ensure calibration turnaround time (TAT) targets are achieved. Improve service efficiency for calibration, repair, and on-site service operations. Coordinate service scheduling and resources based on customer requirements and sales projects.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate service records, calibration reports, equipment logs, and maintenance documentation. Ensure compliance with company EHS policies and customer site requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in instrument service, maintenance, or calibration. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Basic English proficiency for reading technical documents and basic communication. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of solving technical problems independently. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to travel and support occasional evening or weekend work when required. Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business travel.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with particle counters, aerosol instrumentation, or semiconductor monitoring equipment.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor customers (e.g., TSMC) is a plus.
