What You'll Do
This role is responsible for providing after sales service to engineers.
- Provide UPS/MBP/LVSWGR after services which include: system installation, maintenance, battery replacement, repair and son on.
- Be responsible for product quality improvement and enhancement.
- Establish after service related SOP.
- UPS Product Application Planning.
Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering or Electronics degree
- 5+ years of experience in power industry
- With electronic circuits related knowledge and skills as well as good problem solving attitude
- Good communication skills
