Requirements
1.3+ years of experience in industry research, strategy planning, market analysis, or related fields
2.Strong skills in data collection, quantitative/qualitative analysis, and data visualization, with the ability to derive insights from data
3.Experience in product planning or related project management, with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
4.Familiarity with service design methodologies, and the ability to translate user needs into concrete design proposals
